I’ve had Aimee Mann’s “Wise Up” playing in my head for the past couple days.  I know where it came from: AMKT bought me season one of Community, and the “Spanish 101” episode uses the song to turn an F-grade Spanish presentation into something poignant.  That led me to review how the song was used in Magnolia, a film where every scene in poignant to the point of near ridiculousness.

If I were fifteen, I’d listen to on repeat with my headphones before bed each night for a week.
