“A” grades do not wash up on the shore like seashells, waiting for you to collect them in a plastic pail.  “A” grades are found only in the deepest, murkiest swamps, which can only be accessed by cutting away the brush, jumping into the waist-deep sludge, and trekking through dense fog far out of sight from the “C” grades that sit on the shore, worried that the water might be cold.
