This morning AMKT completed a half marathon in under 2.5 hours. I got to watch her cross the finish line with her friend Colleen. It was a little discouraging to know AMKT accomplished something greater by 9:30 than I would all day. But I’m proud that I get to be her husband.

I took AMKT and the kids out for a celebratory lunch, then worked a little while AMKT napped. In the late afternoon I began pressure washing the porch in preparation for this week’s Great Porch Painting, but the washer ran out of gas.

I took CKT out to dinner at Which Wich, then took him to church where he practiced the piano for about twenty minutes. Then I cam home, graded projects, posted midterm grades, and read.
